Cannot use IFS Aurena Scan It

Community, 

 

We are on IFS APP10 UPD9. We can work well using Android device, with IFS Account Manager and IFS Scan It 10.

 

but we have problem using IFS Aurena Scan It, system prompt error cannot connect, may I know any setup we need to change to fix this error?

Hi @ronhu 

I’m pretty sure Scanit Aurena for apps10 don’t work for update9, you need to move up to at least update11-12 before it works since it was not released until then as I remember it.

Aurena Scan It was released in UPD8 - the app was first published to the various app stores in July 2020

Ah, @James Ashmore seems to be correct, I might have remember that wrong, as I remember we were working with updates 10 and 11 during winter/spring/summer 2020, but it seems to be rather updates 7 and 8.
