Hello, I have one simply question:

IFS documentation mention that OS Linux supported version for IFS Cloud Remote is 20.04 LTS

Is this condition stiil recommended?

Does IFS support and recommend installing Ubuntu 22.04 LTS instead?Is it acceptable?

As of IFS Cloud 21R1 SU4, the supported Ubuntu version is 20.04. 22.04 is not yet supported. Please refer to the support platforms document, which can be found here:

Hello, I have on simple question.

The next version, Ubuntu 22.04, has already been released, but when will Ubuntu 22.04 be available as IFS? (We are aware that Ubuntu22.04 is currently not available for IFS Cloud.)

 

What is the plan to support Ubuntu 22-0.4 for IFS Remote Customers.

We’ve had this response from our account manager:

You can expect certification of Ubuntu 22.04 by end of January 2025 at the latest. It may be earlier but this is latest committed date.
