We have a curious problem with a customer, we have an database oracle Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production, and we need do reinstall IFS, so we take a custom build (UPD5)from this customer, the installtion was OK, with no erros, but when we try to logon in IFS we have a generic error, TIME OUT. the same build in IPE works fine. so we take another build from another customer (upd 11) and install a new IFS instance and it works fine. we take a look at logs but nothing was conclusive to solve this problem, can this community help us?
