The type initializer for "crystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument" threw an exception. | IFS Community

Dear IFS Community,
I’m trying to install Crystal Web Service into a windows 2019 server for IFS APP09 environment.

IIS manager version is 10.

When I try to view a Crystal Quick report, I get the following error.

And I can’t see errors in log file.

We would appreciate it if you can give us your suggestions/comments to solve this, please.

Have you checked whether you can invoke a report directly from the Crystal Web Service without an issue? Please read the “How to check if the Crystal Web Service is running correctly?” section of the following documentation: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/005_operational_reporting/110_configure_crystal_web_service/010_setup_cws/default.htm#Installing_and_configuring_Crystal_Web_Service
Have you specified the System Parameters related to CWS correctly in IEE? Doc:

Do you get this issue for both Quick Reports and Operation Reports?

Supporting OS versions for CWS in IFSAPP9 are as follows, so I’m not sure if your OS version could be causing issues:

Regarding IIS, documentation says to use IIS 6, even for IFSAPP10:
