What are the steps involved in Upgrade from IFS V8 on premise to IFS V10 cloud.
Will this be a technical upgrade on premise first and then move everything (upgraded DB to cloud)

For App10 to be migrated in to cloud it should be App10 UPD6 or above. For the lower versions of APP10, the cloud is not supported.
