Good day all,
Currently, we are using IFS 9 and we create cases and then generator Work Orders to return products.
1- We generate a WO
2- We enter the part numbers and receive them in
3- We then diagnose the product(s) and issue credit or no credit or ship back.
4- We currently used tiered data to specify what the issue was with the product, Electrical, etc and have about 5 different tiers.
Is there any functionality like this in IFS Cloud under the RMA area? I only see a section for notes.
