in our upgraded version of FSM mobile(iOS 15.4.1, FSM 6.15), product and product serial are set as hyperlinks on the Debrief overview and open options to copy, add to contacts or open iMessage. is this an Apple thing or something that can be turned off?

I’m hoping this is something that comes with an “Oh, yeah, go to x and do y and it will stop that from happening.”
