IFSAPP8 SP1 (JBOSS) 

The database and Application Server were moved to the new OS from the legacy OS (windows 2008).

After the OS change, the CPU will randomly spike to 100%, which causes the users to lose their session. 

The Users can log in after the DB server and the Application Server is restarted.
