Recurring Campaign in Demand Planner

Hi,I would like to ask, if somebody can explain me how is quantity calculated in recurring campaign in Demand Planner.

Example:

Template campaign last 2 days and there is quantity 10pcs. It is valid for one part and one flow

This is my forecast for this flow/part

I create recurring campaign from this template campaign, I change date range from 18.12.2023 to 14.01.2024. System calculated recurring campaign quantity to 322,72 pcs. Why?

I found this in documentation:

,,The campaign quantity for each part is decided by the perceptual amount the campaign had compared to the forecast in the template campaign.”

Could somebody explain it to me how it is calculated?
