Some POs / PO lines are more important then the others; they are crucial /necessary to be delivered on time for the project realization and for that reasons they need more attention in monitoring process.
Is it possible to give them in IFS some kind of the high priority? to define them in IFS as very important by some icon or something similar?

You can define some Purchase Codes to indicate the urgency.
Assign the code based on the urgency of the PO
You can even filter the POs based on this code as well
