Does anyone have detailed information of what is measured in each of the Lobby elements in the Procurement Central Lobby?

Thanks, gives me a hint but it still does not explain what is measured.
For example the element Cost Saving. What period of time is measured here?

PO Change, is that counting from the beginning of time or what?

Since the user can enter the values manually, the basis for calculation can be tailored to your business practice
