We are currently using IFS Apps 9 and operate from two physical locations, which we’ll refer to as Location A and Location B. However, we have only defined one site in IFS.

At present, our shipment delivery notes are set to print automatically at Location A by default. Since we have recently started shipping from Location B, we need a solution to ensure that delivery notes are printed at the correct location based on where the shipment originates.

As it stands, the system does not distinguish between Location A and Location B. Could you please advise on how we can configure the system to print delivery notes at the appropriate location?

Thank you in advance for your help!

What are you using to differentiate the orders and inventory from Location A to Location B if they are both the same site?

@agovindarajan if you have 2 different users that print the Shipment Delivery Note in location A and B, then you could simply configure Report User Printer as below:

Not sure I fully get the problem, but I add some comments. The design of the shipment is kind of based on delivering from one site so it is a bit of a strange setup. What you actually would like is to have two separate shipments with one delivery note each? In later versions it is possible to group the customer order lines based on different parameters e.g. Order No, Dock Code, Reference ID etc. Perhaps this could be used to split into shipment for location A vs B. Could be that this feature was added in APPS10.
