We have a customer trying to set up a solution where a customer is found in IFS through their telephone number. So whenever the customer calls, IFS will look up the customer in a custom lobby page we have made. We have to deliver a URL link for their phone company who is setting it up. I have found the correct way to create the link, so IFS will open on the lobby page, using the phone number given to find the correct customer.
My question is - is it possible to insert something in that URL link, that makes sure a new window is open in IFS, when running the link? The customer doesn’t want the existing window that are already open to be reloaded, since they are actively working on that.
