our customer has an issue with a Customer Schedule. When a new Schedule arrives the existing backlog is erased from Inventory Part Availability Planning window. What should I look for? Is there setting we are missing in IFS or could it be the EDI-setup?

@emmanilsson I believe this is the normal functionality. Each customer schedule will have some schedule lines - with qty and wanted delivery date. Then when a new customer schedule arrives for the same part/customer/address it will supersede the old customer schedule.
I see the Release Method is Automatic, then whenever the new customer schedule arrives via EDI, it will be automatically released, superseding the old schedule.

Thanks for the answer!
There was a change in the EDI message from the customer regarding backorder quantity, I tried to understand what it means and if this can have effect? The supplier uses 7.5
