We use the Shop floor data collection (SFDC) in IFS 7.5. We are having a problem/annoying issue.

When the operator enters the full amount of parts for the operation, the status of the operation goes to partially reported, but then the team leader has to change the amount to less than the full amount to close the op. Surely this should be automatic? Is there a setting that can be changed to close the op?
