In the "Customer Order" screen, there is an item "Fixed Delivery Freight Amt" in the "Delivery Information" tab.
I have set a value in the "Supply Chain Matrix for Customer", and "Freight Map" and "Freight Price List", and 
selected "Apply Fixed Delivery Freight" in the customer order screen, but the fixed amt is not shown automatically.
At the same time, when the "Apply Fixed Delivery Freight" not cliecked or clicked, I can not type 
to the fields "Freight Map, Freight Zone, Fright Price List".

Please advise how the "Fixed Delivery Freight Amt" can be shown automatically.

Have you selected a Delivery Term having the calculate freight charge enabled? Just wanted to doublecheck as it can easily be forgotten.

Could you give me a confirmation?  

Maybe the reason was we set 3 different Price List NO for the same Ship-Via code, 
and I deleted 2 of the 3, then, the "Apply Fixed Delivery Freight" shows the 
Freight details automatically.

So even though we are using the same track delivery with 3 different prices,e.g., for 
truck delivery with different prices, we have to have 3 difference ship via code, right?
