In a material return authorization, when the goods returned by the customer are received, we get this error message: “The validity end date is earlier than the validity start date”. This case is found with part serial tracking.

So we don't know what validity it is or are there any missing parameters.

Please verify whether the customer warranty from date and the to date are within a valid period.
