We are in Apps 10 UPD 10 trying to use Handling Units in outbound shipments. We are entering weights for (pallet) handling units. A few of the handling units are used both our European site and our US site, both of which are in the same Company. The European site needs to use kg (metric measurements) and the US site uses Lbs. How do we accomplish 2 different UoMs for Handling Unit weights for the 2 sites if they are both in the same company?

We cannot use different UoMs for weight, volume etc for same handling unit type and there is no way to define conversion factors for Handling Unit types which are not defined as inventory parts in IFS.
I think here you need to define 2 handling unit types for EU site with UoM for weight as Kg and US site with UoM as Lb.
(However when packing parts in to Handling Units, handling unit capacity can be defined with different UoMs even for same part in different sites)
