hi,

when I try to open the debug console, it throws it to the background and does not bring it to the screen.

 

I have tried the following steps as a solution but still the debug console does not open.

What can I do as a solution?

  1. I deleted and reinstalled the personal profile.
  2. I removed the bordlees window option in the options section.
  3. I deleted the 2.0 file in local and reinstalled the application.

can you check if it runs in background with windows task manager?

If yes close it and try again.

I closed it from task manager and tried again, but it didn't come back.

 


Then clean up the cache.

  1. start cmd as administrator
  2. enter: rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache
  3. Wait 5 min. and restart windows
