Hi 

we are on APPs10 UPD 11 and users are reporting on a daily basis that they have screens where checkboxes randomly disappear;

they log out and back in and the box re-appears.

  Has anyone else encountered similar issue ?

Hi @MaggieDP

It's difficult to assume the exact cause without checking or without investigating the issue. Seems there is a client refreshing issue. The best way to solve this is, to report a support case, then the IFS Support team will investigate the issue.

Before that please check the below

1) check by traversing to a different tab, come again to the erroneous tab, and check whether the checkboxes are still not visible.
2) refresh the window without logging off and check whether the checkboxes are still not visible. 
3) If the reported users having same base profile please remove that and test again?
4) Is there any custom fields used in these forms? If so please temporary unpublish it and test
