Is there anyway how a multiple condition codes can be received in an external service order PO for a same lot batch tracked part?

For example, qty of 10 with condition code USED and lot batch L1 is sent to repair. Once repaired, it will be received with of qty of 9 with condition code REPAIRED with lot batch L1 and a Qty of 1 with condition code UNSERV with lot batch L1.

HI @Tharindu Sooriyaarachchi

Your attached document showcases the current functionality. Lot batch master record keeps the information relevant to the defined Lot batch no. Lot batch number defined for tracking purposes. If you want to define the same lot batch no for REPAIRED and UNSERV parts, how can we differentiate and identify it?

Hi,

I would have the same quiry and would appreciate any guidance or advice.

We plan to receive Finished Goods from Shop Orders - these are lot/batch tracked.
These FG are received with variaty of added recycled material through out one lot/batch production (as the recycled material is added in a semi-controlled fashion due to the material consistency). And so we end up with FG with different % of recycled component at each receipt from production.

We thought the best way of receiving, identifying in stock and printing lables for these FG would be with Condition Code (since we can pre-define the Condition codes in LoV, which for WDR we cannot as WDR is a freetext string field).

Upon testing we found out that we cannot attach multiple Condition Codes to the same Lot/batch when receiving from production.

Is there a way we could turn this setting off or can you suggest a different solution?

Many thanks for any feedback.
