Actual Delivery Date in Customer Reliability stats

Hello All,

Could someone please help me to understand where the ‘actual delivery date’ in “detail statistics - delivery reliability” comes from? I can’t find it in any of the help documentation anywhere.

@DBowkett This is the date when the parts were registered as actually delivered to the customer. This can be seen in Delivery note as well.
