Hi

We have a member in my company who is currently in the process of taking the IFS Certification exam.
However, after requesting access to the IFS Academy site to academy@ifs.com, some members are still not active after a week.

We want to take the exam before the end of the year.
Do you know where I can contact to get this done?

Also, you can follow the instructions given in the Academy User Guide.

 

Found this on the user guide document - “In case you get an error message please try to open Partner Portal. If you are facing issues there as well, please contact partner.operations@ifs.com as this is a general account issue. In case you get a Microsoft Authentication error when trying to log-in to the Academy LMS, please contact your local IT Department.”
