we have a sister German company, and they buy product from us, sometimes it needs to return to us and we will do some upgrade and ship it back to them.

my question is, what is best solution in IFS to map this business model? currently we are not using CO RMA, Supplier Warranty, Work Order, currently we are doing CO/PO return, shop order using the returned part as material and shop order to manufacture a new part no and CO/PO ship back to Germany. this is not a best practice.

What is the best practice then?
