Dears,

We are trying to print lables from WADACO process, where we are using handheld Windows device. The issue when we complete the transaction the labels aren't printing. When checked in application there is an error message "The selected Printer is not mapped to Print agent ”

We have added the printers in printer defination screen and done setup in following:

Solution Manager → Integration → IFS Connect → Setup IFS Connect → Task Templates → PROCESSING_PRINT_JOBS

Appreciate your help.

Hi @EnvPriteK ,

Have you added the printers to the print agent configuration file located on the server running the print agent?   The file is usually named ifs-printagent-config.xml.  The error would seem to indicate you’ve missed a printer mapping in the configuration file.   Below you’ll see an example of a logical printer mapped to a physical printer with a different name.  Even if the logical and physical printer names are the same you must have this mapping in order for IFS to be able print to the printer.

    <PRINTER_MAPPING>
      <LOGICAL>PACKAGING_SUPPORT_COPIER</LOGICAL>
      <PHYSICAL>PKGSUPTCPY</PHYSICAL>
    </PRINTER_MAPPING>

Hi,

Looks like you have not setup a Print Agent. Have a look at the following links to install Print Agent.

.Net:
