On our previous version of IFS Trip Tracker, when adding a photo to an expense claim, users could turn their device landscape to select a photo from their camera roll. Since updating to iOs 13, this functionality has been lost. IFS support indicated this was not intended functionality and that it was Apple who corrected the so called bug.

It was suggested at we enter this as a feature request for future consideration. Does anyone know how to do this and how successful these requests are? It was a really hand tool for users to attach electronic receipts to their claim (screenshot then attach). We are currently on Apps 9.

Customers don't have direct access to the IdeaWall, instead support can add a request on your behalf.

I can tell you that there are already requests for this on there and it's a requirement known by RnD. I'll add a note mentioning this request.

Hi Harley,

The functionality was something given unintentionally by the iOS update and also taken away by an update. This request has been passed on to the Idea Wall as the functionality made the app more user-friendly. However, due to certain limitations the feature has not yet been able to be adopted as a development in the app.
