IFS really need to start investing more in touch apps and the licencing agreements and costs that come with this.

Our clients workforce is changing - clients will now have a younger generational workforce that have grown up with smart phones, tablets and access to whatever platform they want on the go.

If IFS does not keep up with this change in he workforce and their expectations, companies that are looking for systems that not only perform the functions they want but also are easy to adopt by the workforce, IFS will be left behind.

Typically that now to use Trip Tracker it is an expensive SKU, where other systems would have this as part of the solution. Yes you can log in using a URL but this then exposes other data that some companies would not want on employees personal phones. Apps allow access to specific data for specific functions and processes.

What are other people’s experience or thoughts on this?
