What causes the error “Error when synchronizing entity MobileUserInfo: ORA-29024: Certificate validation failure” in the touch apps Logs?

Hi
Could you please check the PLSQL AP status. Normally you can check this via the application monitoring screen. If that says it’s not green, then it will explain the issue here where PLSQL AP is not working. But in that case you should see lot more errors in PUSH data and BATCH data in native mobile.
