Our field service engineers deliver and install products, do repairs and sell consumables, spare parts, etc.
One thing that is really important in our business is that we can take payments from consumers whilst we are in their home.
It appears that this is not supported by IFS MWO or ServiceEng app. Is there anyone who has the same or similar requirement? We would be interested in how you resolved this.
