I’m trying to setup e-mail notifications in Document Distribution.
But once document distribution is executed, nothing happens, there is not even a record under “Application Messages”.
I’m I missing something? Please help.
According to help documents following setup is complete.
- The user ID you logged with must be connected to a person in Persons window.
- The persons who are inserted into the document distribution list must be registered in the Persons window.
- You must have selected one or more documents before using the menu option for document distribution.
- If you are using e-mail notification as the distribution method, the appropriate e-mail address(es) must be registered in the Person /Comm.Method tab.
Also IFS _CONNECT is properly configured and works fine sending emails with other event actions.
