I have noticed that when a mobile user creates Material Demand and issues the part from MWO Service 10, when looking in IEE you see the Maintenance Material Requisition for the work task and the issued qty but MWO Service 10 is not automatically adding a Sales Part to the Requisition line.  The problem this causes is that the Work Task Sales Line has to be manually updated with the Sales Part Number.

 

If I use the same part and create the Maintenance Material Requisition from IEE, IFS automatically adds the sales part number.

 

I did look at the SalePart Entity and in the where clause it is only grabbing sales parts where CATALOG_TYPE_DB = ‘NON’

 

I am assuming this is only grabbing non-inventory sales parts.  Does this mean the back office will ALWAYS have to add the sales part for mobile inventory issued?

I’d definitely report a case for this. mWO should not behave differently.
