We are stuck on IFS Apps 8 while we consider our options to upgrade. We rely on Mobile Work Order for our service engineers and they currently have to run old devices using Android 8 though we have found some work OK with Android 9. Neither of these are going to be an option soon as we can’t buy devices with these old OS. Does anyone have a workaround for this?
I know the IFS cloud will also be deprecated soon but we are running our own in house Touch App Server so hopefully that at least will buy us some time in that respect.
