Dear All,

 

After returning the part/material via the Return tab on Work Task, the part still remains as issued in the Material tab rather than automatically going to unissued. This probably causes one to perform the ‘Start Rental’ option even after  the ‘End Rental’ event has occurred.. Is this a bug in the application or I am missing out on something?

I would assume the same as you but maybe someone else has more information about that process.

If you don’t receive any other input, I would then suggest you to open a ticket to IFS Support.
