Recommended Technical Specifications for MWO Maintenance 10

Good Afternoon,

Would you be able to advise what the minimum and recommended technical specifications are for Android Devices running IFS MWO Maintenance 10. While the Google Play Store page shows that the minimum Android version is version 6.0, it does not display processor details/RAM requirements etc.

Hi @WGS_DLinden, we don’t have specific recommendations on the processor or SoC level, but we do have recommendations in terms of RAM and storage, documented in the IFS Cloud Technical Documentation, in the Supported Platforms section.

We’re currently using IFS APP10 rather than Cloud. Is there a Technical Document for this version?

  1. We have specified our reference devices, which gives an indication of the kind of specs to aim for even though not been updated after Android 10 certification. (Refer to attached.)
  2. The Supported Platforms – Product Policy states that we support the last three major Android versions  (Refer to attached.) so together with the reference devices, that gives some baseline and Google Pixel 3 as the minimum reference device specification
  3. On IFS Cloud, we have recommendations on RAM and storage. Given that the mobile apps have comparable complexity, I think that is a reasonable guideline for Apps10 as well - https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/080_supported_platforms/#user_access
