We are finding that we need to be able to couple capacity (utilization rules/regions/shifts) to activity types. We have been asked multiple times to support a use case that goes something like "We only have someone out there to do install work on Wednesdays" or "We want this team to spend X% of their time on these types of work." Right now, we struggle to support these kinds of scenarios.
