Product Serach option in RMA page

Is it possible to do product serach, or create new product from a RMA page, and then a service request from RMA page itself?

In Service Request page, this feature is already there as out of box utility. But in RMA , is it possible to capture the Product ID, if we are initiating the process from RMA page? 

Please advise.

Remember that anything that goes through the Repair Center needs to be a part; which is why your product needs to become a part to product. Then depending on what your return reason is, and how you have configured what gets returned to the customer, is controlled.

You do the service request, with a controlled part / disposition of RMA which will then trigger the creation of the RMA for receipt at the repair depot once the product is deinstalled, converted to a part and received at the repair depot.
