ORA-02270: error during installation of IFS TouchApps Server

@betul.bastan_12 does your TASTrace.log file have anything more? Also, what was your UPD level prior to doing this upgrade?

Hatayı incelediğimde sistemde SERVICE_INSTANCE_TAB olmadığını fark ettim. Kurulum adımlarında bu tabloyla ilgili bir şey bulamadım. 
Yükseltme yapmıyoruz, ilk kez kuruyoruz.

Also, are you really on UPD9? That was released almost four years ago, so you’re running a pretty old TAS.

This is the Touchapps installation file in our Build file. Could the error be caused by the version?

What is your installation’s UPD level?

 IFS10 UP10 . TAS version in the installation file is 10.9

If you’re on UPD10, you should install the 10.10 version of the TAS. You’ll find the installer in the Build Home’s manualdeploy file as documented here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/030_touch_apps/010_touch_apps_server/default.htm

Yes, I tried to install by following this document. but the TAS version in Build Home's manual deploy file is 10.9

@betul.bastan_12 if the rest of your environment is already on UPD10, your Build Home should already have the 10.10 TAS. If that’s not the case, I think your admin would be the best person to help you find the correct Build Home.
