Objects not appearing in IFS MWO Service app

Good Afternoon 

When I open the IFS MWO Service application,  I cannot see any objects in the object page.  however in the IFS MWO Maintenance application the objects are visible. 

I’ve checked the user and company for both IFS MWO service and IFS MWO maintenance and both are connected to the same company and site. 

I’ve looked on the community and there’s other questions around IFS MWO Maintenance but no mention for the service app. 

This is for IFS cloud 23r1

Hi,

Please check if the grouped push user for the Service app is correctly configured with all required sites.

Can you also check the Security Groups for the user? They are maintained separately for MWO Maintenance and MWO Service.

Thank you,  there was a couple of groups not granted but this has now been sorted.
