The customer is Not getting "Request Aborted" when a foreground process exceeds the 30 minute statement execution limit.  When IFS tries to connect to the customer environment using the iFS VPN and trigger off the same job , the error is generated.  The application is freezing on the customer end as the error message is not being populated.

 

Any possibility that the customer VPN is blocking the handshake sent by the application? Are there any other possibilities on why the “Request Aborted”  message won’t get populated on the customer end.  Are specific logs that can be used to determine the root cause.
