When opening the Resource Gantt Chart user received the following:
Error 351 (Class 2200: NetTimeAxis WorldToTime error.
Can anyone please advise.

Are you able to advise which version you are running as well as if you are using the new web user interface or the silverlight one?
Is this only happening to the one user as well and was it only when opening under certain conditions? Has this ever worked for the user?
One other thing to check would be if there is any more detail for the error in the event logs.

+21Seems this error is solved in gantt version 4.4.
Also check whether the error gets solved if you search for a time period that is longer than 1 week
