MWO user is trying to initialize his device and received this message “initialize data waiting for Grouped push”. Now the device is taking hours to initialize. Is there a way to bypass this so that the device can complete initialization?

There is no way to by pass the grouped push. I think you should report this directly to IFS, so we can have a closer look why it takes such a long time.
Grouped push works like this, There is a specific user that is holding the Grouped Push and the first user that initialize the device will take the hit that it takes long time to initialize. The users after the first user will have it much faster when initializing, but it should not take hours for the first initializing to happen.
Yuo might have a lot of data and there is a possibility to filter out so not all the data are sent to each user. Anyway an investigation need to happen and the best is to raise an issue to IFS, so support can have a look at it.
