I’m trying to use the IFS Outlook Add-in, but every time I try to add an email, I get the error Could not find local file. Any ideas of what would be causing this?

I think the issue was the subject of the email that was being used as the Title.
The email was a response to an email that was generated through the Right Mouse Button Send to/Mail Recipient as Link. I think it contained invalid characters. Once I modified it, the process worked.

Please check whether below information helps.
The addi-n use a local check out path just like the client. In Outlook select the IFS Applications tab. Open the Settings. There you will see the local check out path. From the description of the problem the local check out patch could be wrong. Can you verify the path exists for the user and they have access the location.
