I am unable to access the IFS MWO Service app because it will continue to initialize with seemingly no end. I tried changing the sync rule for CustomerInfo and SCCustomerContract from “exclude” to “include” to see if that would get the app to display some missing data, but that ended up incurring the initialization error I am currently encountering. I reverted the sync rule back to what it originally was but that did not fix the issue. Please let me know if you know how to solve this issue.

@jmilly2109 can you include the track and SU level that you’re on (e.g.: IFS Cloud 24R1 SU4) as well as the version of the MWO Service app (e.g.: 24.9.1303.0) please?

And is this a new environment that you’re trying for the first time to initialize against, or has it worked in the past? if it worked in the past, what changed recently?
