We realized that normally we can access banking transaction menu in ifs system. However,  when we trying to access this option with different computer but same user, we cannot access this option. System doesnt show this option. 

 

To solve this issue, 

I have followed this steps

1 Ifs uninstall

2 Apps/2.0 deleted

3 Net Framework uninstall

4 restart windows

5 install framework

6 install IFS

But lt couldnt worked, what can we do about solving this issue.

Note: Our windows 10 system recently updated.

Can you describe the path to this functionality?
Does the same user mean same IFS user or are you using AD for login in?

Weird question from my side: is it happening at the same time of day? Or does it work in the morning on one PC but not in the afternoon on another PC?
