Dear IFS User Community,

An issue has been identified when using IFS CRM Companion App, on an Apple iPhone, with the iPhone in ‘dark mode’ setting.

With an Apple iPhone in dark mode setting, the CRM Companion notes field within the “Lead” screen becomes black. As such, when entering (black) text into the (black) notes field, the text becomes impossible to view.

Have any users encountered a similar issue and have found a clever IFS fix / work-around (other than the iPhone setting being returned to standard (light) setting) ?

This seems like a bug. Please report it as a support case so we can investigate this and provide a correction if it is confirmed as a bug.
