Sometimes touchapps not responding. After investigating we found a delay in ifs cloud uplink server log file. Can I know the reason for this.. According to this log file I think this issue in the ifs cloud end. Is there any way that we can check this?

I would recommend opening a case with IFS to have them investigate the delay.  On your end make sure you do not have any errors on the WiFi connection to scanners and check your logs for any errors or retransmission on your internet during the timeframe of the delay.
