Hello, 

Trust we are doing fine. 

For our system incident management we are using Case Management Module.

Is there any way to collect client evaluation of their case resolution in IFS? 

IFS APP 10, UPD 7

We will like to have something like this.

To be send to user at Case completion.

Hi @Marcelle NG. Unfortunatly there is no such functionality in our standard offering for Call Center. There could potentially be ways to achieve this through configuration. Please contact your IFS Account Manager with this request. Thanks !


Hi @Marcelle NG. When you talk to your Account Manager you can also ask them about the b2b Call Center functionality which is effectively letting you clients raise cases and follow up on them throuh a b2b portal:
