Ifs-15h equipment blocked, forgotten password

First of all, thank you very much for this informative space. I need your help to unlock an Ifs-15h device which was given to a worker and he forgot the password, can you help me, can you guide me, is there any way to reset the password?....I understand that the equipment is old and that it is probably out of warranty, but at least here in Chile this machine has been very helpful. greetings from Santiago de Chile
