IFS 10 adding a document for a maintenance service request

Hi!

Is there a way to add a photo to a maintenance service request  when creating a new request?

    Hi Mingram,

    In IEE it sis possible to attach documents through the Attachment Panel as below for a Service Request.

    And for Aurena it is possible to  connect a document to the Work Task created through the New Service Request option.
