Does anyone know how to filter out in the “Overview - Document Revision”, documents that already have the Approved status, on the “Approval” tab in the “Document Info”?

so - you want to search based on the status of the approval routings, right?
I think you will need an advanced search in which you query the contents of the approval_routing view, where the Key_ref field refers to the current document.
